All 19 GMs (as per usual, I only vote as a tiebreaker) have completed the survey.

There were not enough GMs in favor of using 2008-09 ratings for Season 15 for that change to take effect. It was a majority but not the required supermajority. In all honesty, I am surprised by the support for keeping the current ratings but that's why this was voted on.

With that decided, we'll be moving on with our offseason. We still need to do a Hall of Fame vote and we need to schedule preseason games but with my upcoming Internet outage (I'm moving tomorrow and don't expect to have reliable Internet access from home for another week after that) I don't want to formally start any of that.

As for the other questions on the survey, which were not intended as a formal vote but did give a pretty good idea of what the league thinks...

There was resounding support for an age limit for the Entry Draft but that support was divided across the ages that the limit should be set at. A majority of the league supported setting the limit at 18 but there was quite a bit of support for 17. I'm thinking that we could do something like introduce the limit at 17 and then move it to 18 after a couple seasons. Thoughts?

Expansion did not have much support but it's something like like to make sure we bring up every couple seasons to see how things change.
